Family Constellations in an Intimate Setting

Are you feeling lost or stuck in your work, relationships, life, or parenting? You try your best, but keep going in circles?

Know that what you’re feeling often didn’t start with you.

Much of what holds us back has been carried forward for generations—

in the experiences of our parents, the pain of our grandparents.

Stories that were left unfinished, yet passed on.

Through a family constellation, we explore which dynamics are still unconsciously present in your family system and/or with whom or what you are identified that hasn’t yet found its rightful place—and deserves one.

Questions related to children can also be brought in!

We work in a small group of up to 8 participants. For many people, this feels safer than a large group. We don’t work with designated “question askers,” because we trust that what needs to open will open. At the start, we listen to the questions and then sense which ones serve the group and the whole.

The role of a representative is equally valuable. You’re never chosen by chance, and the position you take also moves aspects within you that you need at this moment. Working together in a group creates recognition and is extraordinarily powerful. The system guides us, and everyone receives several mini-constellations for themselves.

Through the holding space created by the group—functioning like an organism—we lift the collective to a higher level.
